Slick City Action Park promises a water park experience — without the water or the sunburn.
A new kind of family attraction has landed in Nashville. Slick City Action Park, billed as the world's first indoor dry-slide park, opened at Opry Mills mall on January 23, 2026. Located near Entry 5, directly across from Dave & Buster's, the park brings high-speed slides, air-cushioned courts, and a full soft play zone under one climate-controlled roof.
The concept is straightforward: the thrill of a water park, minus the swimsuits, sunscreen, and soaking wet car ride home.
What's Inside
The centerpiece of Slick City is its collection of more than eight dry slides, designed for speed and a degree of airtime. The Mega Launch sends riders airborne before they land on an air track below. The Big Wave is a giant blue half-pipe built for those who want something closer to a surfing experience — without the ocean.

For the youngest visitors, Junior Jungle offers a dedicated soft play zone for children ages five and under, complete with mini slides and padded obstacles designed to keep small kids safely in their own lane while older siblings take on the bigger attractions.
Tickets, Socks, and a Few Ground Rules
Tickets start at around $30 for participants aged four and up. Before entering, all guests are required to sign a waiver. Slick City also requires its own specialized socks for all participants — standard footwear does not make the cut.
The park has built out a range of specialized programming for different audiences:
Adults Only Nights offer exclusive 18-and-up sessions on select Friday evenings from 8 to 10 PM, giving grown-ups a chance to take on the slides without navigating around small children.
Little Sliders Club runs on Sunday mornings and is designed for kids seven and under, offering a less crowded, more manageable environment for younger visitors.
Sensory Hours provide designated low-stimulation sessions for guests who benefit from a calmer, quieter environment.
Hours of Operation
Slick City is open seven days a week, with extended hours on weekends:
