I asked Nashville visitors what the chances are of spotting country stars at their Broadway bars during CMA week. The responses paint a pretty clear picture.
The Reality Check
Let's be honest — most people said slim to none. And there's a good reason for that. These artists don't actually own or operate most of the bars that carry their names. They're licensing deals, which means the stars aren't exactly hanging around mixing drinks or greeting fans.

Where You Might Get Lucky
That said, Nashville has a way of surprising people. A few spots got multiple mentions as places where stars have actually shown up:
Loser's came up several times as a legitimate possibility. One visitor saw Chris Young and Bailey Zimmerman there on a random April weeknight. Another said it's your best bet after the awards show ends.
Category 10 hosted a private party during last year's CMAs with Shaboozey, Riley Green, Ella Langley, and others. The catch? It was closed to the public.
Music City Bar and Grill apparently gets visits from Zach Bryan when he's in town. His lead guitar player still performs there on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Here's the thing about CMA week — if stars do show up at bars, it's usually for industry parties that aren't open to regular visitors. You might see them coming and going if you're on the main floor, but don't expect to sidle up next to them at the bar.

Some Success Stories
Not everything is doom and gloom. Last year, Dustin Lynch performed a free show in the middle of Broadway after the awards. One visitor met Shaboozey in the back alley behind The Stage. Kid Rock has been spotted at his bar.
Someone even caught Brett Eldredge and Gavin Adcock at a Chili's during a radio happy hour.
Your Best Bets
Tootsie's got a mention for surprise stage appearances. Duck Blind might have Riley Green sightings. And several people suggested watching the red carpet arrivals if you really want to see the artists.
The Grand Ole Opry might have surprise performances that week too.
Managing Expectations
The honest answer? Don't plan your trip around celebrity sightings. These are working artists who'll be busy with rehearsals, performances, and industry obligations.
But keep your eyes open. This is Nashville during one of its biggest weeks. Anything can happen.
