Nashville Visitors Keep Recommending the Same Hotel Two Blocks From Broadway

I asked Nashville visitors about hotels within walking distance of Broadway, and several names kept coming up.

Used with permission, Drury Inn & Suites

Drury Hotel

This one dominated the conversation. People love it and say it's about two to three blocks from Broadway — an easy, safe walk.

The hotel gets praise for its amenities. You get a large free breakfast and dinner during their “kickback hour,” plus three free alcoholic drinks per day. There's a rooftop pool and hot tub, and the hotel bar has entertainment if you don't feel like going out.

One visitor just stayed there and walked to Broadway, Club L27 at the Westin, and dinner at Bourbon Steak. They said the room was clean, the free meals were nice, and getting those three drinks before heading out was a bonus.

The noise situation got mixed reviews. Some people didn't hear Broadway at all. Others warned you can definitely hear the noise from the street. One guest said they didn't hear Broadway but had construction noise from a crane right outside their window.

Here's something to consider — one commenter pointed out that Drury's constant recommendations as the “best hotel” have driven prices up. You might find comparable hotels at similar prices.

Located next to the Drury, this hotel is super clean with great staff and very close to everything. Multiple people recommended it as a solid choice.

Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown Stadium

One person asked about this hotel and mentioned they have an hourly shuttle bus, which could be useful if you want to be slightly further from the noise but still have easy access to Broadway.

The distance debate is real — most people say the walk from Drury is easy, but one person thought it was too far. It depends on your comfort level with walking a few blocks, especially after a night out.
