Nashville Photo Contest – Official Rules

  • Eligibility: The contest is open to all amateur and professional photographers of legal age in their jurisdiction.
  • How to Enter: Submit your photo through the official contest page at [https://nashvilletodo.com/submit-your-best-nashville-photo]. One entry per person.
  • Photo Requirements:
    • Must be taken within Nashville city limits.
    • Maximum file size of 10 MB.
    • Must be the original work of the entrant.
  • Voting:
    • One vote per person per day
    • Any attempts to manipulate voting will result in disqualification
  • Winner Selection: The photo with the most valid votes will be declared the winner.
  • Prizes:
    • The winner’s photo will be featured as Nashville To Do Facebook page cover for one month
    • Winner’s photo and story featured in a Nashville To Do blog post
    • Title of “Nashville To Do Photographer of the Month”
  • Notification: The winner will be notified via email within five business days of the contest’s end.
  • License: By entering, participants grant Nashville To Do a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their submitted photo on the Nashville To Do Facebook page and blog, with appropriate credit given.
  • Limitations of Liability: Nashville To Do is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any other factors which may affect the contest.
  • Privacy: Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
  • General Conditions: Nashville To Do reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
